At Josey Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your media is defective or not as described, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
